What You’ll Do In The Role

The Associate, Research will design and enhance metrics and reporting for Research analyst performance tracking. You will guide Research analysts in client targeting and engagement strategies by consolidating and analyzing large datasets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting data analytics to provide clear summaries and strategic insights for senior management.
  • Developing requirements and managing delivery for management data platforms.
  • Using Python to automate data processes and email generation.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives for the Research COO team.
  • Collaborating with team members and cross-divisional stakeholders in the US and overseas.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

Required qualifications include a Master’s in Marketing Analytics, Finance, or a related field and at least one year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, VBA, data cleaning, data visualization, machine learning modeling, statistical testing, advanced data analytics, and project management is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $110,000 to $175,000 per year, determined on an individualized basis along with additional incentive compensation and benefits.
