Position Overview & Role

This position is part of the Advisor Solutions Technology group. As an ETL Developer Director, you will work on a multi-year Platform Transformation Initiative, supporting BAU activities and building next-generation solutions, including mobile platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end ETL pipelines.
  • Work with Hadoop, Hive, Snowflake, and Spark.
  • Integrate with the in-house platform and support BAU activities.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Engage with leadership and business units throughout project lifecycles.

Required Experience

  • 4-9 years as an ETL/Informatica/IICS/IDMC/SQL Developer.
  • Experience with ETL tools and big data technologies.
  • Strong SQL programming, stored procedure development, and UNIX Shell scripting skills.
  • Integration experience with Salesforce and cloud-based relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and best practices in software development.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in Wealth Management or financial environments.
  • Ability to work on large data volumes and optimize data loads.
  • Understanding of security patterns and practices.
  • Familiarity with design, development and architectural best practices.
