Temporary Data Entry & Analysis Specialist (D365 Implementation)

Responsibilities
Duration: 3 Months (Temporary)
The Temporary Data Entry & Analysis Specialist will support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) during a critical transition period. This role focuses on accurate data entry, data cleansing, and basic analysis to ensure data integrity as legacy systems are migrated into D365. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with structured data under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and updates within D365
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Review and cleanse data to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Analyze data for errors, inconsistencies, and trends
- Create basic reports and summaries to support project decisions
- Collaborate with implementation team members to resolve data issues
Qualifications
Position Details:
- Temporary assignment for approximately 3 months
- Project-based role supporting system implementation
High school diploma/GED required
