The Role: Growth & Operations Lead

We are seeking a hands-on, systems-minded leader to take full ownership of our entire growth funnel, CRM, automations, and tech stack. Your primary goal will be to help us scale effectively and expand our reach.

If you thrive on data-driven experiments, love building exceptional customer journeys, and are looking for a small team working collaboratively, this Growth & Operations Lead position is for you. You'll work remotely for approximately 20 hours per week, playing a pivotal role in shaping our growth engine and ensuring we sell with integrity.
