About the Role

To accelerate our mission of increasing organizational productivity through the practical use of artificial intelligence, we need your expertise. We are currently looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our development team. You will play a key role in the design, integration, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions.

Your role will involve building the software infrastructure, ensuring the integration of AI models, and guiding clients in the adoption of these technologies in close collaboration with strategists, data scientists, analysts, and other developers.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the business context and design development solutions that support both the organization's strategic priorities and the concrete needs of end-users.
• Design, develop, and integrate robust software components while integrating generative AI services and agentic frameworks into the delivered solutions.
• Supervise and automate the deployment of models and applications—from infrastructure as code to source code management—while ensuring robustness, reproducibility, and smooth pipeline orchestration.
• Select, integrate, and optimize AI models, ensuring their performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with clients' actual workflows.

We are looking for colleagues who are passionate about AI and software development, capable of learning quickly and committed to applying best practices. You are proficient in Python, SQL, Git, Docker, and Spark, and you know how to work with relational and NoSQL databases. You have experience in cloud development and deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure) as well as API-based integrations. You apply solid development principles (unit tests, clean code, code review) and are familiar with MLOps concepts, data infrastructures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Blob), and database modeling. You also have a solid understanding of prompting, generative AI, and agentic systems. Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, data exploration and visualization, as well as applied machine learning experience (time series, NLP, computer vision) are important assets. Finally, you are comfortable in an agile/Scrum environment where collaboration and quality go hand in hand.
