About Us

Moonbug is behind some of the biggest kids’ entertainment brands including CoComelon and Blippi. Their shows are available on over 150 video platforms globally and they lead in pre-school music and audio experiences.

Moonbug is part of Candle Media, a hub for high-quality, category-defining brands. About The Opportunity

The primary goal is to drive sell-through of Moonbug’s consumer products by executing compelling retail marketing strategies and campaigns across key EMEA and APAC countries. You will lead day-to-day retail marketing projects and support the development of strategies through data analysis and audience profiling.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Support: Develop consumer profiles, assist in retail marketing strategy creation, and support joint-business planning with licensees and retailers.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the creation and execution of retail marketing campaigns, from ideation to post-campaign analysis, including digital and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Creative Briefing: Brief creative teams for asset creation and manage materials such as POS displays, social media posts, and digital assets ensuring brand alignment.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and manage influencer relationships and campaigns for product launches and seasonal events.
  • Cross-functional Cooperation: Collaborate with various teams including CPE, Content Distribution, and Gaming for integrated marketing campaigns and competitions.
  • Strategic Planning & Budget: Coordinate annual strategy planning, manage paid media investment, and review partner invoices and payments.
  • Localisation: Lead localisation and distribution of brand asset packs for key territories.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, licensees, agents, and retailers.
  • Professional Development: Attend trade shows, trainings, and marketing events to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Documentation: Maintain franchise and retail documents such as post-campaign analysis reports and marketing contacts.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant licensing, product and/or retail marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of organic and paid social media.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with international markets (EMEA and APAC) and multicultural environments.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
