Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager - Sales Module to join our fast-growing team focused on delivering seamless end-to-end user experiences. As a core member of the product team, you’ll take ownership of the product discovery, execution, and final delivery of key features and initiatives.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Product to bring the product vision to life and lead cross-functional execution with engineering. You’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of our platform, driving user value, and growing our product in both scale and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product to set and execute strategy.
• Conduct user research and interviews to inform decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams for product releases.
• Manage roadmap using data, user feedback, and objectives.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and delivery timelines.
• Improve product processes in a scaling team environment.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and validate user stories.
• Lead alpha and beta testing with key customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Strategic product thinking with executable roadmaps.
• Proficiency in user research for product prioritization.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments and startups.
• Comfortable with data-driven iteration and experimentation.
