The Monetization team is at the core of Moon Active’s business, responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring a positive game experience for our users. This fast-paced environment demands constant improvement and data-driven optimization of game experience and performance to achieve company business goals. The role requires close collaboration with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Operations Specialists, Designers, and Economists.

Responsibilities

• Craft and optimize custom, effective, and strategic plans to help reach business targets.
• Plan, create, and implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs.
• Focus on player retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value.
• A/B test content and analyze its performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with the Economy, Design, Product, Technical Operations, and Analytics teams to execute top-quality monthly events and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven analytical competencies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with many stakeholders and different teams.
• Background in Product Management, Data Analysis, Sales, Digital Marketing, or Growth Management.
• Proven experience in execution and full ownership of projects.
• Interest in mobile games.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
