As a Quality Engineer, you will plan and execute cost-effective quality processes to meet or exceed contractual quality requirements and protect Moog and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality success on program teams by meeting contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with global partners to resolve challenges and maintain transparent customer communication.
- Conduct quality engineering studies, recommend design changes and support manufacturing.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in failure analysis, root cause evaluation, and risk mitigation.
- Develop quality plans for inspections, operations, assembly, test processes and final inspections.
- Work directly with customers and suppliers on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Reduce inspection costs through statistical analysis and effective problem-solving.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience) and 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with problem solving tools and documentation is required.

Location & Work Schedule
This role is onsite in East Aurora, NY (Buffalo area). It requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
