About the Workforce Management Team

Monzo’s Workforce Management team ensures the right people are in place to support our customers. The Change & Governance team focuses on continuous improvement and risk mitigation by driving efficiencies through structured processes and critical controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive accuracy and consistency in all WFM documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Document risks, actions, and plans while partnering with the central Risk team.
  • Ensure compliance and appropriate oversight in solution implementation.
  • Contribute to high-impact projects that improve Customer Operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent stakeholder management with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical proficiency with MacOS, Slack, Airtable, and GSuite; data affinity desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English with actionable feedback skills.
  • Understanding of Customer Operations and a self-driven work ethic.
  • Alignment with Monzo's core values and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
