As a Staff Software Engineer, Quality & Product Integrity, you will play a technical leadership role, using your hands-on coding and system building expertise to solve deep technical challenges, improve product quality at scale, and influence technical strategy across teams.

Within an engineering group of 450 engineers, you will join a collaborative environment that values learning, innovation, and open source contributions. The Product Integrity team is focused on scaling quality across markets using data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain scalable, secure, and well-tested backend services.
• Drive behavioral changes and promote accountability using data.
• Set technical and strategic direction across systems and platforms.
• Enhance reliability through strong quality signals and guardrails.
• Mentor, sponsor, and elevate team members.

What We’re Looking For

We seek candidates with strong foundations in software engineering, demonstrated expertise in testing quality at scale, and a proven record in platform tooling. The ideal candidate influences technical direction without formal authority and thrives in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces.

Benefits

• Base salary of £115,000 to £150,000 plus stock options.
