Job Description
Senior Accounting & Financial Operations Analyst
Monzo Bank is on a mission to make money work for everyone, moving away from the complex traditional banking models. Having started as a prepaid card, our product offering has significantly grown in the UK over the last 10 years, now including personal and business bank accounts, joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, free kids accounts, and credit cards, with more innovations on the horizon. Our UK customers also have the option to save, invest, and combine their pensions with us.
Known for our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with strong financial education on social media and award-winning customer service, we are dedicated to creating 'magical moments' for our customers. At Monzo, our focus is not on selling products but on solving problems and changing lives.
We are building the future of digital banking in the US, prioritizing people over fees. We believe money should empower individuals to grow, save, and spend in ways that fit their lives. After becoming a beloved digital bank in the UK, trusted by millions, we are bringing the same innovation and heart to the U.S. to help people take control of their finances with clarity, simplicity, and confidence.
Our U.S. team is committed to making digital banking that helps your money grow, your way. From cashback rewards tailored to your habits, high-yield savings without hidden catches, to smart budgeting tools, every feature is designed to uplift, not complicate. What truly distinguishes Monzo is our people – a team of builders, problem-solvers, and big thinkers united by the belief that finance should be fair, transparent, and empowering. We deeply care about our work's impact on real lives. If you're ready to contribute to a bank that rewards authenticity, we invite you to grow with us.
