About the Role: Operations Analyst Financial Crime
The Fincrime Operations Analyst supports Team Managers, Investigators and the wider Financial Crime team to resolve high risk, complex cases within established service level agreements. You will lead projects, deliver training, analyze management information (MI), and develop operational guidance to ensure a high quality of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate high risk cases and resolve complex issues.
- Create and maintain operational guidance and documentation.
- Partner with product and risk teams for change design.
- Develop readiness plans and success metrics for change delivery.
- Serve as final point of technical escalation in Fincrime cases.
- Support training, coaching and feedback for Fincrime teams.
- Ensure quality assurance processes and compliance with policies.
- Conduct deep-dive operational reviews and recommend improvements.
- Manage access permissions and support complaint investigations.
- Assist with hiring, training and documentation updates.
