Role Overview: Lead Product Manager Recommendations

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver a strategy that personalizes customer experiences through in-app recommendations. You will build the platform and capabilities needed for enhanced product engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with Monzo's mission.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, and marketing teams.
• Drive customer-focused personalisation and discovery experiences.
• Set and measure impact metrics in partnership with machine learning experts.
• Lead, mentor and coach high-performing product teams.

Requirements

Seasoned product management background, experience in recommendation systems, data driven and commercially minded, with excellent judgment. Must be able to solve complex problems and thrive in collaborative environments.

The Interview Process

Includes a Recruiter Call, Hiring Manager Call, Final Loop with project walkthrough, case study and leadership sessions, and a final stage with a VP/CPO.
