Role Overview

The Law Enforcement Operations Analyst is part of the Financial Crime & Fraud Collective. In this role, you will work on high-risk complex cases, act as a technical escalation expert and foster operational improvements. You will collaborate with Investigators, Team Managers, the Financial Intelligence Unit, and various other teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate high-risk and complex cases ensuring timely resolution.
  • Act as the final technical escalation point for case handling.
  • Support the Financial Intelligence Unit with specialized reviews.
  • Maintain and update operational guidance and processes.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and change teams on new initiatives.
  • Create readiness plans with success metrics for safe delivery.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Support hiring, onboarding and knowledge growth within the team.

Candidate Profile

You should have extensive expertise in financial crime policies and regulations, proven experience handling complex investigations and escalations, and previous liaison experience with law enforcement or governmental agencies. Ability to balance deadlines and multitask in a flexible work environment is essential.
