What We’re Looking For
The Brand Campaign Manager will join our brand marketing team to grow our iconic hot coral brand. This role is ideal for a passionate marketer with over 5 years of experience in through-the-line campaigns, creative development, project management, and agency collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Campaign Planning: Develop and execute banking brand campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Creative Development: Assist in marketing briefs, creative asset creation, and digital asset management.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, campaign communications, and documentation.
- Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with creative and media agencies for clear campaign execution.
- Reporting & Analysis: Define campaign metrics, track performance and report insights.
- Brand Guardian: Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and update asset management platform.
The Interview Process
The process includes a Recruiter Call (30mins), an Initial Call (30mins), followed by two final interviews via Google Meet (60mins each). The overall process takes around 3-4 weeks, adaptable to your availability.

- Salary range of £57,000 - £70,000 with stock options
