About the Strategic Sourcing Manager Role

This role develops and executes sourcing strategies to secure long-term equipment supply for the US Consulting Segment. You will negotiate optimal contracts with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and work closely with operational leaders to ensure efficient use of equipment and optimal pricing.

  • Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with operations, business strategy, and resource management teams.
  • Analyze data to support capacity planning and forecasting.
  • Manage vendor networks and monitor supplier performance.
  • Oversee procurement operations and cost optimization initiatives.

Your Expertise and Skills

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related field and 5+ years of experience in logistics, equipment management, procurement, or supply chain. Proven success in managing vendor networks, strong contract negotiation skills, and proficiency in supply chain systems and data analytics tools are required.

  • Strong understanding of compliance and cost optimization.
  • Experience with consulting or high-growth environments is preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
