A Day in the Life
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure long-term equipment supply for the US Consulting Segment. Working closely with suppliers, you will negotiate contracts, develop cost optimization strategies, and collaborate with operations, business strategy, and resource management teams to support business continuity.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate optimal contract terms.
- Lead equipment procurement and cost-control initiatives.
- Analyze data for capacity planning and supply forecasting.
- Identify supply risks and establish supplier performance metrics.
- Support operational teams with sourcing and procurement strategies.
Your Expertise and Skills
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field with 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, equipment management, procurement, or supply chain. Successful candidates have demonstrated vendor management expertise, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with supply chain systems and data analytics tools.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role involves standard office environments, potential outdoor work in varying weather, extended travel, and occasional shifts up to 24 hours. Physical requirements include lifting, standing, and use of personal protective equipment at designated sites.
