A Day In The Life
The Strategic Sourcing Manager develops and executes sourcing strategies to secure long-term equipment supply for the US Consulting Segment. This role involves negotiating optimal terms with suppliers, developing cost optimization strategies, and working cross-functionally with operations, business strategy, and resource management.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate Equipment & Procurement Operations
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze data for capacity planning and cost control
- Identify supply risks and establish performance metrics
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams
Your Expertise And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field coupled with 5+ years of experience in logistics, equipment management, procurement, or supply chain, along with proven vendor network management and negotiation skills. Proficiency with supply chain systems and data analytics tools is essential.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role involves both office work and fieldwork including physical tasks such as lifting and occasional shift work, and travel. Safety procedures and PPE are required when on site.
