Role Overview

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure long-term equipment supply for the US Consulting Segment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Collaborating cross functionally with operations, business strategy, and resource management.
  • Analyzing data to develop capacity planning and cost optimization strategies.
  • Leading the Equipment & Procurement Operations team and mitigating supply risks.

Your Expertise and Skills

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years experience in logistics, equipment management, procurement, or supply chain.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, negotiation, and cost control.
  • Proficiency with supply chain systems and data analytics tools.
