A Day in the Life
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure long-term supply continuity for the US Consulting Segment. You will negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and work cross functionally with operations, business strategy, and resource management to secure optimal pricing and equipment utilization.
Equipment & Procurement Operations
- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost control and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams on sourcing activities and risk management.
- Develop and track equipment capacity planning strategies.
Your Expertise And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, equipment management, procurement, or supply chain.
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency with supply chain systems and data analytics tools.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role involves office and field work. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and potential overtime including extended shifts. Frequent travel and the use of personal protective equipment may be necessary.
