A Day in the Life
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure long-term equipment supply for the US Consulting Segment. Working closely with suppliers, you will negotiate terms and develop cost optimization strategies with operational leaders. Collaborating with operations, business strategy, and resource management, you will support business continuity.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze data for capacity planning and supply forecasting
- Identify potential supply risks and establish performance metrics
- Lead and organize sourcing activities focused on value and quality
Your Expertise And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field with 5+ years in logistics, equipment management, procurement, or supply chain management. Proven success in managing vendor networks, solid understanding of compliance, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and proficiency with supply chain systems and data analytics tools.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
