A Day in the Life
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies for the US Consulting Segment. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, ensuring cost control, and collaborating with operations, business strategy, and resource management teams.
- Lead equipment and procurement operations
- Negotiate optimal terms with suppliers
- Manage vendor networks and supply risks
- Analyze data for capacity planning and cost optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional sourcing and logistics activities
Your Expertise And Skills
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain. Key attributes include strategic thinking, strong operational focus, effective communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.
