A Day in the Life
The Strategic Sourcing Manager develops and executes sourcing strategies to secure long-term equipment supply continuity for the US Consulting Segment. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you will negotiate contracts, optimize costs, and ensure operational efficiency. You will lead the Equipment & Procurement Operations team, analyze data, track supplier changes, and identify potential supply risks while setting supplier performance standards.
Your Expertise And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, equipment management, procurement, or supply chain.
- Proven success managing vendor networks and equipment logistics.
- Strong understanding of compliance, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Proficiency with supply chain systems and data analytics tools.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This role involves a mix of office, outdoor and field work, including handling physical items up to 50 pounds, extended travel, and potential shifts up to 24 hours. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at times in accordance with safety regulations.
