Admin Assistant at Montefiore

Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Assistant, you will work closely with and report to the Director of Hotel Services, providing essential administrative and operational support. Your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards and related legislation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating day-to-day catering operations efficiently.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation, manuals, and procedures.
  • Supporting service delivery and compliance efforts.

  • Strong administrative and business support experience.
  • Proven experience in document or records management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within an inter-disciplinary environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Previous Food and Beverage experience is looked upon favourably.
