Role Overview
The Product Support Representative is an experienced heavy equipment industry specialist responsible for building lasting customer relationships while offering parts and service support. The goal is to make Monroe Tractor the one-stop shop for all equipment needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by asking questions and listening carefully.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits.
- Resolve product issues and address complaints with acceptable solutions.
- Increase parts and service market shares profitably.
Qualifications
- Experience in heavy equipment construction and/or agriculture.
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong independent work ethic and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient computer skills using company-authorized software.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $50,000 - $55,000 plus commission. Benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401K with match, competitive paid time off, short/long term disability, annual reviews, generous incentive plans, and frequent industry training.
