Social Media Assistant (Apprenticeship)

At Monoprix, we are looking for a Social Media Content Assistant / Community Manager Apprentice, ready to embrace creative and operational challenges with enthusiasm. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, your main missions will include:
- Providing operational support in the daily management of Monoprix's social media accounts.
- Participating in the implementation of the editorial calendar, from content conception to reporting.
- Writing copy for all disseminated content (organic & dark), adhering to the brand's tone of voice.
- Publishing and scheduling content using dedicated tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
- Performing daily moderation (reading, responding, escalating when necessary).
- Organizing and updating weekly validation documents (content to validate, copy, tracking sheets).
- Managing the upload, classification, and updating of content on OneDrive (VDEF).
- Participating in the management of contests (writing rules, prize draws, transmitting information to customer service).
- Providing support during press days and launch events: preparing questions, conducting story interviews, assisting with editing interview content.
- Conducting research and benchmarks as needed.
- Analyzing content performance and contributing to optimization recommendations.
- Participating in team brainstormings for social media strategies and activations.
- Proofreading and verifying content before publication (subtitles, consistency, compliance).
- Ensuring occasional logistical management: sending packages, tracking products used in content.
- Updating product listing documents used on Monoprix social media channels.
Candidate Profile Sought
Student in a business school, communication, or digital marketing program (Bac+4/5).
Skills
- Good command of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their usage.
- Understanding of editorial codes, formats, and engagement mechanics.
- Writing copy for social media (organic & dark) with an excellent level of grammar and spelling.
