Technical Product Manager
Monogram Health is seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Reporting to the VP of Data Engineering, you will gather, analyze, and translate requirements, ensuring technology projects align with strategic goals. This role involves a product owner mindset, prioritizing and decomposing features to deliver high-value work. You will be instrumental in shaping scheduling solutions, call center flows, and patient experience applications.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, outlining features, enhancements, and updates.
- Understand and address pain points of the operations team.
- Align the roadmap with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineers and administrators to define technical solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure feasibility within constraints.
- Utilize data analysis to inform the product roadmap and resolve ad hoc issues.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders for shared understanding.
- Ensure documented requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with stakeholder expectations through reviews and validation.
- Perform validation testing to ensure features align with intent.
- Exhibit excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, balancing multiple priorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- BS, BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of prior work experience in a product owner, business analyst, quality analyst, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience with the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Familiarity with call center, scheduling, and patient-facing applications is a plus.
