About The Role

Join our dynamic Localization team at Senior Localization Quality and Automation Specialist role to drive quality and efficiency in global content delivery. You will link Machine Translation (MT) capabilities with the final customer experience by designing, implementing, and managing a robust quality assurance framework while streamlining workflow through advanced automation and tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive quality framework.
  • Establish key metrics (DQF, MQM, BLEU, TER) for MT models.
  • Drive process automation by optimizing workflows and scripts.
  • Bridge communication between Localization and ML teams.
  • Analyze quality data, generate reports, and present insights.
  • Evaluate and integrate localization tools and technologies.

About You

You have over 14 years of experience in related fields with at least 5 years in Localization Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Tool Management. Your strong linguistic background, technical proficiency in automation tools (scripting, API integration, regex), knowledge of MT systems, and data analysis skills enable you to excel in this role. Excellent communication skills allow you to articulate complex technical issues effectively.

Not a Must, But a Plus

  • Familiarity with major Translation Management Systems and CAT tools.
  • Experience with Python or JavaScript for automation.
  • A background in computational linguistics or data science.
