About The Role
Monks is seeking a Creative Director Web to serve as the visionary for digital storytelling and immersive web experiences. In this role, you will translate the Google brand into compelling, high-impact marketing websites and digital experiences, combining art with cutting-edge web technology.
Responsibilities
- Web Vision & Digital Storytelling: Lead design of high-impact marketing sites and interactive digital experiences, bridging interaction design with strategic marketing.
- User-Centric Magic: Connect product understanding with intuitive UI and innovative UX.
- Push the Browser: Champion emerging web technologies like WebGL and motion design.
- Craft, Quality & Google Grade: Uphold pixel perfection with commitment to design standards using tools such as Figma.
- Hands-On Leadership: Guide the team while actively refining design components.
- Client Partnership & Strategy: Present creative work to clients and align digital experiences with business KPIs.
- AI & Innovation: Leverage AI tools for enhanced design workflows.
About You
With 10+ years of digital design experience and at least 3+ years in leadership, you are adept at creating high-end web experiences and demonstrate expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and modern UI/UX principles. You possess a maker mindset characterized by resilience, curiosity, and an eye for detail.
