About the Role
As an ACD Content Design AI, you will help lead the content strategy of an LLM-powered product for one of the world's biggest tech companies. You will work directly with experienced product managers, engineers, UX designers, UX researchers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is resourceful, managerial, curious, flexible, collaborative, capable of leading content verticals, asks the right questions, and delights in the fine details of their craft.
Responsibilities
- Create the content strategy for LLM-generated content and evaluate output quality.
- Work with engineers to build LLM prompts based on the content strategy.
- Create high-quality training data for LLM fine-tuning.
- Establish and articulate AI content design best practices to stakeholders.
- Manage, plan, and write content for AI interactions and product microcopy.
- Manage junior content designers and maintain content quality.
About You
You should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a UX Writer with experience in AI content design, experience managing junior content designers or technical writers, a bachelor's degree in a writing-centric field, a strong portfolio with tech clients, and the ability to manage projects from concept through execution with confidence in setting content direction.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $110,000—$125,000 USD. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors.
