About The Role
As an ACD Content Design AI at Monks, you will lead the content strategy for an LLM-powered product used by one of the world's biggest tech companies. You will work directly with product managers, engineers, UX designers, UX researchers, and other key stakeholders to drive quality content and innovative design.
Responsibilities
- Create a content strategy for LLM-generated content and evaluate output quality.
- Collaborate with engineers to build effective LLM prompts.
- Develop high-quality training data for LLM fine-tuning.
- Define and articulate AI content design best practices.
- Manage and mentor junior content designers ensuring content excellence.
About You
You have 5-7 years of UX writing experience with a focus on AI content design, proven managerial abilities, and a solid portfolio. You hold a bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism or related fields, and you excel at managing projects from concept to execution.
