About the role
About The Role
This is a temporary opportunity scheduled to run through the end of 2026. We’re looking for a seasoned program/project management lead who thrives in fast-moving creative and marketing environments. This person will help bring structure and clarity to complex global campaigns by building scalable processes, managing cross-functional coordination, and keeping teams aligned from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. They know how to keep momentum moving, ask thoughtful questions, and partner effectively across creative, operations, and stakeholder teams in an environment with evolving priorities and frequent reviews.
Responsibilities
- Spike & Sustain Flight Coordination: Establish and manage production schedules that align with a multi-layered campaign framework. Ensure the smooth transition from Perception Layers (ungated, awareness-focused thought-leadership assets running for 1–4 weeks) to Lead Gen Layers (gated, high-value asset downloads running for 6–8 weeks).
- Creative Feedback & Review Management: Act as the central traffic controller for creative feedback loops. Synthesize and consolidate disparate comments from cross-functional teams (Global, Local, Compliance) into actionable, non-conflicting revision requests for design and copy teams, minimizing back-and-forth cycles.
- Rigorous Timeline & Dependency Tracking: Build, maintain, and enforce clear project timelines and sprint schedules. Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, track dependencies (e.g., waiting on copy approval before asset rendering), and flag risks to launch dates before they impact schedules.
- Creative Trafficking & Technical QA: Manage asset delivery pipelines for a highly diversified creative matrix, including Static Ads, Carousels, Document Ads, Thought Leader Ads, and 30–60 second Video Sizzles. Review all assets against character limits, video specs, and aspect ratios before campaign handover.
Marketing Operations & Team Synchronization
- Meeting Facilitation & Execution: Run tight, efficient, and objective-driven syncs. Own the agenda, manage time blocks, drive alignment, and distribute clear, documented next steps with assigned owners within hours of meeting conclusion.
- Deck Maintenance & Executive Communications: Own the creation, formatting, and ongoing hygiene of campaign tracking decks, status slides, and operational frameworks. Ensure all client-facing or internal stakeholder presentations are meticulously organized, visually clean, up-to-date, and easy to digest at a glance.
- Backend Pipeline Support: Support the operational pipeline that ingests, cleans, and routes leads from native social forms into backend marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Global-to-Local Bridge: Act as the operational bridge between Global Marketing teams (who design core strategies and global assets) and Regional/Local Teams (who manage field-level execution, language localizations, and seller relationships).
About You
The essentials:
- B2B Paid Social Expertise: Minimum 8+ years of project management or operations experience especially supporting campaigns & understanding of B2B Account-based marketing campaign setups.
- Multi-Channel Literacy: Strong familiarity with multi-channel B2B campaigns, including a solid operational understanding of asset requirements across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Search channels.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Mechanics: Familiarity handling first-party and third-party target account lists, including data security, audience segment sizing, and list uploads for matched-audiences targeting.
- Agency-Style Traffic or Production Experience (Plus): Prior experience in a creative traffic management, operations, or fast-paced production coordinator role where managing complex creative feedback loops and timeline tracking under tight deadlines was a daily requirement.
