You are realistic, capable of identifying what's working and what isn't, and have the courage to make difficult decisions without bias. You can make decisions under pressure, own the outcomes, and communicate honestly about challenges. You take ownership seriously, balance independent work with collaboration, and prioritize impact over busyness. Our team values a serious commitment to work, a passion for excellence, and a collaborative spirit. If this environment resonates with you, you'll thrive here.
