Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the planning and execution of MongoDB Server security hardening efforts by connecting long term security strategy to day-to-day engineering execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead MongoDB Server hardening programs with clear roadmaps and milestones.
- Drive cross-team execution with security and server engineering teams.
- Make risk and progress visible through metrics and dashboards.
- Remove ambiguity by clarifying responsibilities, requirements, and dependencies.
- Support secure development by integrating security practices in all phases.
Who You Are
You have 5+ years in technical program management within software engineering, with close experience in security, infrastructure, or platform teams. You excel at turning high-level goals into detailed plans, and you communicate clearly using tools like Jira and spreadsheets.
