Overview
MongoDB is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for our Talent Management and Employee Experience technology platforms. This role focuses on SuccessFactors Talent Management modules and Qualtrics HXM.
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and actionable product strategies that align with business priorities and IT architecture.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR, business operations, and IT to understand pain points and align priorities. Act as the voice of the user and lead agile pods.
Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product backlog, balance quick wins with long-term enhancements, and communicate progress transparently.
Delivery & Execution: Lead agile ceremonies, define success metrics, manage dependencies, and drive iterative improvements.
Change Management & Adoption: Partner with Change Management to ensure effective rollout and adoption, support incident resolution, and track key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years in HR technology product management.
- Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Talent Management modules and Qualtrics HXM.
- Experience with enterprise-scale HR tech projects and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Success Measures
Onboarding within 3 months, roadmap execution within 6 months, and major product launches by 12 months with measurable business impact.
