Product and Technology Analytics Intern at MongoDB
We are seeking a Product and Technology Analytics Intern to join the Product & Technology Analytics Team. The team serves as a thought partner to our product managers, product leaders, and engineering leaders, driving the product strategy for our developer data platform, understanding customer usage patterns, and identifying inflection points in the customer journey.
As a Product and Technology Analytics Intern, you will help us quantify the drivers of product adoption, visualize key metrics, define and analyze steps in the customer journey, size product opportunities, and derive actionable data insights. These insights will empower our product managers and product marketing managers to grow their products’ customer base.
What We Are Looking For In You
- In the process of receiving a degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, etc.).
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Educational or professional experience working with databases and SQL.
- An excellent communicator.
- Experience using Python, SQL or R.
- Passionate about telling a story with data and skilled in visualizing your work.
- Eager to learn new technologies and systems.
- Graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Company sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates applying for certain roles.

Internship Details
MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks, typically lasting from June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.

Compensation & Benefits

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is: $56,576—$82,368 USD. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.
