About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive role at MongoDB focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory. This position is key to driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition through building strong relationships with Enterprise clients and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and close a robust sales pipeline
- Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
- Build effective relationships to generate growth opportunities
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams
- Collaborate with ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
- Participate in comprehensive sales training and bootcamps
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of quota-carrying field experience
- Proven record of achieving and overachieving sales targets
- Ability to articulate complex enterprise technology value
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, and Challenger Sales
- Driven, competitive, and passionate about success
