About the Role

The Enterprise Account Executive role at MongoDB focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory. This position is key to driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition through building strong relationships with Enterprise clients and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and close a robust sales pipeline
  • Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
  • Build effective relationships to generate growth opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams
  • Collaborate with ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in comprehensive sales training and bootcamps

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of quota-carrying field experience
  • Proven record of achieving and overachieving sales targets
  • Ability to articulate complex enterprise technology value
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, and Challenger Sales
  • Driven, competitive, and passionate about success
