MongoDB is revolutionizing the database market and empowering developers across industries. As an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth, you will be a key driver in formulating and executing sales strategies to acquire new business within your territory.
Impact You Will Have
- Identify, qualify and close a robust sales pipeline.
- Prospect strategically into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users.
- Develop strong relationships for growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Partner with ecosystem and channel sales teams to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in advanced sales enablement trainings and bootcamps.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in competitive markets.
- Track record in opening new accounts and expanding across business units.
- Ability to clearly articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Experience co-selling with cloud service providers and large GSIs.
- Driven, competitive, and passionate about new business acquisition.
- Must reside in the designated territory.
Additional Qualities
- Previous sales training in MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with databases, cloud native infrastructure, and development is desired.
