In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will leverage your technical aptitude and account management skills to serve as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for MongoDB end users. You will lead internal teams, drive customer engagement and work on building our customer success program with high autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on MongoDB best practices and technical strategies.
  • Act as account team leader across Sales, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects.
  • Develop and execute account plans to mitigate risks and drive growth.
  • Manage critical customer issues and de-escalate conflicts effectively.
  • Lead in-person executive reviews and strategic internal projects.

What We Expect

The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles, a strong passion for customer advocacy, and an aptitude for technology. Bilingual Hebrew is mandatory, and prior exposure to databases, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus.
