About the Role
At MoneyGram, our Operations Specialist plays a critical role in managing partner accounts, resolving complex issues related to reconciliation, research, risk, compliance, and customer inquiries. This role is essential in ensuring timely resolution of financial discrepancies and enhancing service delivery.
What You Will Do
- Serve as primary contact for MoneyGram partners.
- Oversee reconciliation of unmatched settlements.
- Research and resolve item exceptions to mitigate risk.
- Manage high-dollar adjustments and complex account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for process improvements.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with SLAs.
What We're Looking For
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) with 4-6 years of experience in bank operations or financial services. Prior experience with settlement reconciliation, inventory management, and MoneyGram or related financial systems is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
Locations & Work Arrangement
This position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN, or Columbus, OH.
