Job Brief

Join our growing team at Moneybox as a Junior Compliance Analyst. You will perform tasks such as reviewing financial promotions, investigating complaints, and assisting with periodic reviews. We are looking for graduates with strong academic credentials.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and approve customer-facing communications and financial promotions.
  • Support the Customer Care team with high-risk and sensitive complaints.
  • Assist with compliance input into projects and new customer journeys.
  • Respond to business-wide compliance queries with clear guidance.
  • Prepare briefing papers and documentation for governance forums.
  • Help with thematic reviews and deep-dive activity as needed.

Experience And Skills

  • Strong academic background with at least one university degree.
  • Interest in finance, law, regulation or risk management.
  • Highly numerate, analytical, and financially literate.
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Curiosity about the financial services industry.

Working Policy

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in our London office at the Oxo Tower and 3 days working from home. Candidates must be based within the UK.
