Job Brief
As a Junior Compliance Analyst, you will join our growing risk & compliance team, carrying out tasks such as reviewing financial promotions, investigating complaints, and assisting with periodic reviews.
What You’ll Do
- Review and approve customer-facing communications and financial promotions.
- Support the Customer Care team with high-risk and sensitive complaints.
- Provide compliance input for projects, product changes, and new customer journeys.
- Respond to business-wide compliance queries with clear guidance.
- Prepare briefing papers and documentation for governance forums and committees.
- Assist with thematic reviews and deep-dive activities as needed.
Experience and Skills
A strong academic background with at least one university degree, personal interest in finance, law, regulation or risk management. Must be highly numerate, analytical, and financially literate with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and a fluency in English is required, along with a curiosity about the financial services industry.
