Job Opening: Head of Brand & Partnerships
We are looking for a Head of Brand & Partnerships to join the Marketing team on a maternity cover basis, starting May 2026. Within the Marketing team, you will work directly with the CMO and at the heart of the Brand & Content hub, in close collaboration with the Growth, Product, and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a Brand team of 3 people (content, social, creative, product development).
- Define and drive the brand strategy.
- Initiate and develop strategic partnerships (collaborations, licenses, activations).
- Lead 360° communication campaigns (online & offline).
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to the development of Money Talks, our educational media.
- Monitor the performance of brand & business actions and draw insights.
- Work in close collaboration with the Growth, Product, and Sales teams.
About You
- 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing / brand / partnerships (ideally B2C).
- Strong sensitivity to brand, content, and creation.
- Ability to manage projects autonomously.
- Comfortable in dynamic, multi-project environments.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Interest in Gen Z / financial education topics is a plus.
