Monet Financial Technologies GmbH is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work from Nuremberg, Munich, or remotely.

Tasks
- Write and ship production code that has meaningful and measurable user and business impact.
- Envision, build, and analyze new features and tools contributing to company growth and revenue.
- Work with a small cross-functional team.
- Collaborate with Moneteers across engineering, marketing, support, etc.
- Help thousands of Monet customers manage their finances and achieve their goals through implemented changes.
- Implement experiments to gain insights into user behavior and improve their experience.
- Gain exposure to Monet's business operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Agile methodology and a "getting things done" mentality.
- Experience in backend or app development with scalable software architecture, microservices, Java/Kotlin, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Hibernate, and Docker.
- Affinity for fintech and excellent English communication skills (German is optional).
