About the Role

Are you a doer? Monest Capital has been transforming real estate investing for 5 years and is experiencing rapid growth. You'll have the chance to directly impact our clients, helping them move from theory to action, grow within our ecosystem, and achieve real results. You'll be key in ensuring they don't just think about investing, but actually do it, move, and grow with us.
Your Mission
Accompany our clients from theory to action:
- Activate their first investment
- Keep them constantly moving ♻️
- Create synergies! And feel it personally if they don't progress.
- Detect and channel capital and opportunities within the ecosystem.
Your role is a constant cycle: if the client doesn't advance, there's no business.
What You'll Do Daily
- Follow-up & Coaching
- Regular calls with clients
- Resolve client doubts and unblock situations
- Drive action (without aggressive pressure)
- Identify and eliminate obstacles
- Investment Activation
- Understand the client type: Active vs. Passive Investor
- If passive → present Monest Capital opportunities
- Accompany decision-making (consultative approach)
- Opportunity Channeling
- Identify active clients capable of generating deals
- Incentivize them to bring opportunities
- Perform basic filtering before passing to analysis
- Client Relationship & Experience
- Maintain close contact (WhatsApp, calls)
- Generate a real sense of support
- Increase engagement and trust
What We Need From You
- Previous experience as a Customer Success professional with business impact, at least 2-3 years.
- Proactivity! We don't want a chatbot; we want someone who builds value-adding relationships and goes above and beyond where AI cannot intervene, creating real synergies and empathy with the client.
