Overview
The Product Commercialization Specialist role at Moneris supports the Commercialization recommendation approval and helps shape a focused Commercialization/Product Delivery COE within Product Operations. This role is based in the Toronto office with a hybrid work setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product launch strategy from ideation to delivery.
- Plan releases, set roadmaps, and ensure on-budget, on-scope execution.
- Engage with multiple business groups and resolve issues promptly.
- Support market intelligence analysis and product strategy formulation.
- Coordinate product testing phases including pilot, UAT and feature introductions.
- Foster transparent communication and maintain collaborative team relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4 years in product marketing/strategy/management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in strategic planning, lifecycle management, and product roadmaps.
- Experience in payment systems and merchant acquiring is an asset.
