Own the company’s digital voice across social media, content platforms, owned channels, and emerging digital touchpoints popular in PH such as TikTok, FB Groups, Viber communities, and influencer ecosystems. Develop high-impact content tailored to Filipino audiences, market behavior, and digital culture. Explore new distribution channels to maximize growth cost-efficiently, critical for fintech CAC optimization.

Public Relations & Reputation Management

Drive PR strategy including media relations, press releases, thought leadership, and stakeholder communications to ensure a strong presence in PH business, tech, and consumer media. Build and nurture a network of journalists, influencers, and industry partners in finance, technology, and regulatory sectors. Lead proactive and reactive reputation management efforts including crisis communication.

Campaigns, Analytics & Cross-Functional Work

Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling messaging across all channels. Manage agencies, production partners, and content creators in the PH digital ecosystem and track performance metrics to optimize communication based on data and market feedback.
