About the Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Monee, you will be a subject matter expert in retail finance (credit) business and data. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, providing high-quality data solutions and actionable insights. This role involves researching and implementing robust analytical frameworks, such as user analysis, conversion funnels, and A/B testing, to uncover business growth opportunities through systematic analysis. You will consolidate data from diverse sources to create integrated reports and dashboards, monitoring key business performance indicators. Additionally, you'll work in tandem with the data engineering team to enhance data quality and service level agreements (SLA), and develop innovative tools and optimize data processes to boost operational efficiency via technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert in retail finance (credit) business and data.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and solve problems with data solutions and insights.
- Research and implement analytical frameworks (user analysis, conversion funnels, AB test) for business growth.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources to create integrated reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to improve data quality and data SLA.
- Develop variable tools and optimize data processes for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Data/Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Open to candidates across experience levels, including entry-level and experienced professionals.
- Mandatory skills: SQL and Python.
- Working or internship experience in data analytics or data engineering fields.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Good sense of priorities and adaptability to changes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the finance/credit industry is a plus.
- Experience in business intelligence and analytics in e-commerce is a plus.
