Junior Sales Manager with German

Currently, due to company growth, we are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented individual for our internal structures for the position of: Junior Sales Manager with German.
Location: Poznań (Andersia Tower) or remote work + travel to Germany

What will you do with us?
- Actively acquire new clients in the German market (manufacturing companies that are leaders in their fields).
- Sell high-quality recruitment services.
- Independently manage the full sales process (from building a client base to finalizing contracts).
- Prepare offers and negotiate cooperation terms.
- Conduct sales meetings (online and stationary).
- Achieve clearly defined sales plans.
- Build strong and long-term business relationships.
